Own hard, ambiguous problems in multi-cloud topology and control-plane design
Define architecture for Kubernetes, distributed systems, and hyperscaler infra at scale
Partner with senior leaders to drive architectural decisions and best practices
Design critical components like control planes and infrastructure abstractions
Mentor staff and principal engineers to grow technical leadership

🎯 Requirements

12+ years distributed systems experience in production
Deep Kubernetes expertise (multi-cluster, multi-region, multi-tenant)
Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP and managed Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE)
Leadership across multiple engineering teams without positional authority
Strong Go programming skills
