📋 Description

• Define frontend strategy and patterns that scale across Vanta
• Establish best practices for data layer, state management, testing, and design systems
• Partner with AI Developer Experience on AI tooling for frontend code
• Hands-on coding and embedding with teams (approx 50% time)
• Drive platform-wide operational excellence and metrics rollout
• Influence engineering strategy with executive-level communication

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and modern frontend technologies
• Experience with GraphQL and scalable data architectures
• Broad knowledge of testing frameworks, build systems, accessibility, internationalization
• Proven track record driving org-wide technical initiatives and engineering strategy
• Ability to balance hands-on work with strategic thinking and executive communication
• Strong skills in building platforms/tools for developers with great developer experience
