📋 Description

• Define and drive frontend strategy across Vanta, establishing scalable patterns and standards.
• Establish best practices for data layer, state management, testing, and design systems.
• Partner with AI Developer Experience to build AI tooling and feedback loops.
• Embed with teams to solve complex problems hands-on; ~50% time coding.
• Drive operational excellence across Platform teams, including metrics and rollout.
• Mentor and coach engineers to elevate frontend skills and architecture.

• Expert-level JavaScript proficiency and modern frontend tech.
• Experience with GraphQL and scalable web data architectures.
• Testing, build systems, accessibility, i18n, and localization knowledge.
• Proven track record leading org-wide technical initiatives.
• Balance hands-on work with strategic thinking and executive communication.
• Building platforms/tools for developers with strong developer experience.
