🎯 Requirements

MS in computer science with ML emphasis or equivalent (PhD preferred).
10+ years leading large-scale ML production systems.
Experience leading a production post-training system used by 100M+ users.
Experience building metrics, data, and flywheels for post-training apps.
Ability to influence directors/VPs and balance day-to-day leadership with strategy.

🎁 Benefits

Salary range listed: $349,000 — $431,000 USD.
