🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of production-level Python development experience.
• Enterprise SaaS leadership; high-scale cloud apps.
• Proven ability to architect/build high-volume products at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Git, FastAPI, Pydantic.
• Adaptability to fast-paced startup environments; strong work ethic.
• Mentorship experience; high integrity and communication in English.
