• Deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Strong experience leading large-scale architectural transformations across teams.
• Expertise in web apps, data structures, and OO design.
• Mentor senior engineers through architectural challenges and growth.
• Strong communication to both technical and non-technical audiences, incl. execs.
