Principal Software Engineer – Web Infrastructure (Frontend DevEx)

📋 Description

• Own and improve frontend dev loop: local dev, build, test — fast and reliable
• Drive CI/CD reliability and deployment confidence across the frontend platform
• Evolve microfrontend architecture and module patterns inside the monorepo
• Build and maintain self-service tooling and internal platform capabilities
• Embed AI across the web SDLC — code authoring, testing, debugging, docs
• Define and track developer productivity metrics: build time, DORA, DX CSAT

🎯 Requirements

• Principal-level experience in platform engineering, developer experience, or internal tooling
• Web CI/CD: pipeline design, reliability, build optimization
• CDN and edge infra (CloudFront, Lambda@Edge, S3)
• Modern frontend — React at scale, microfrontends, module federation
• Frontend observability: errors, performance, RUM and analytics
• Operate independently in a distributed timezone
