• Strong ability to design architecture, migration, and implementation of cloud/edge/on-premises tech.
• Proven track record in engaging stakeholders and building business cases for solutions.
• Ability to articulate risk and impact in government-focused terms.
• Willingness to travel and operate across diverse government contexts.
