Principal Solutions Engineer, Acceleration

📋 Description

• Lead technical validation for emerging products and initiatives from early development to GA.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Enablement, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and
• Translate field feedback into actionable product/go-to-market direction.
• Build repeatable discovery frameworks, demos, messaging, reference architectures, and
• Design and deliver technical enablement, workshops, labs, certifications, and playbooks.
• Lead strategic customer engagements, private previews, beta programs, and early-adopter initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to translate emerging technologies into customer value and repeatable field motions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, PMM to validate capabilities and
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of modern identity architectures and workflows (OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, APIs, MCP
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies and autonomous, influencer
