Principal Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end agentic AI solutions connecting enterprise workflows, productivity tools, data
• Architect agent workflows covering intent recognition, reasoning, orchestration, action execution
• Build autonomous AI agents using LLMs, RAG, NLU/NLP, tool-use patterns, multi-step reasoning
• Configure and extend agentic platforms, develop AI actions, intents, integrations, knowledge
• Lead hands-on implementation from design through deployment and optimization
• Ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, observable, secure for production environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, AI, or related field
• 10+ years in software/solutions engineering or related field
• At least 5 years delivering integrated enterprise solutions across platforms
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI using LLMs, RAG, orchestration
• Experience with Moveworks, ServiceNow AI Agents, Copilot Studio or similar
• Strong Python, with JavaScript/TypeScript also valuable
