📋 Description

• Drive global datacenter site selection and acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end datacenter acquisition from market research to MSAs and SLAs.
• Build executive relationships with top-tier providers and lead QBRs.
• Partner with Finance to build TCO models and evaluate power rates and incentives.
• Collaborate with Legal and Datacenter Operations to meet DigitalOcean standards.
• Monitor global datacenter markets and energy trends, including 800VDC and new tech.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical sourcing or real estate procurement; 5+ years in datacenter deals.
• Negotiation mastery with a proven track record closing complex datacenter contracts.
• Financial fluency; build and analyze TCO models and evaluate incentives.
• Technical fluency in datacenter MEP infrastructure and power/cooling tech.
• Analytical rigor; translate complex deal structures into clear TCO analyses.
• Exceptional communication with C-suite and technical stakeholders.
