Principal Statistician - Early Phase

📋 Description

• Lead statistical aspects across early-phase clinical studies
• Design studies, analysis strategies, randomization approaches
• Develop, review SAPs with tables, listings, figures
• Support analysis datasets and programming specs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for study delivery
• Perform QC of statistical deliverables per standards

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in Biostatistics, Statistics or related field
• Extensive experience in clinical trials and biostatistics
• Strong understanding of trial design, methods, and ICH guidelines
• Experience across complete statistical lifecycle: protocol, SAP, CSR
• Proficiency in R programming for clinical research
• Experience with regulatory submissions is desirable
