Principal Statistician - Ophthalmology

📋 Description

• Senior statistical resource across clinical development from protocol to CSR
• Lead statistical activities for assigned projects with quality and timeliness
• Develop, review, and oversee SAPs including mock-ups for tables, listings, figures
• Act as Lead Biostatistician for protocols, randomization, analyses, CSR
• Provide statistical input into study designs, datasets, and programming specs
• QC/oversight of statistical deliverables; ensure alignment with SAPs and protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in biostatistics, statistics, or related quantitative field
• Extensive experience in clinical trials with ability to lead multiple projects
• Strong proficiency in R and practical statistical programming in clinical research
• Extensive knowledge of study design, analysis methodologies, regulatory requirements
• End-to-end experience from protocol development to CSR preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership and mentoring abilities
