📋 Description

• Define and manage long-range production planning (6m–5y).
• Model scenarios like new lines, shifts, and capacity changes.
• Translate scenarios into detailed operational staffing plans.
• Own and enhance internal build planning software (AI integration).
• Collaborate with Programs, Design, and Production Planning teams.
• Ensure plans stay agile, accurate, and up-to-date.

🎯 Requirements

• SIOP/long-range planning experience in manufacturing.
• 8+ years in strategic capacity planning or master scheduling.
• Proven planning software ownership and AI/ML integration experience.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in relevant field; formal education in Supply Chain/Engineering/CS.
