• Origination and development across debt, tax equity, equity, and structured products.
• Lead executive engagement with insurers, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and other
• Collaborate with product/legal/management to deliver integrated capital solutions.
• Shape strategies to expand multi-product capital programs and partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or Business; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in principal investing, investment banking, capital formation, or related fields.
• Strong relationships with equity and debt investors; experience managing institutional
• Deep understanding of renewable energy transaction structures and market risks.
• Experience with debt, tax equity, equity, or structured products; ability to articulate
• Interest in leveraging AI and data to modernize capital formation; regulatory familiarity a plus.
