📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning and integration across a broad portfolio of core engineering and technology
• Connect dependencies, priorities, backlogs, decisions, and outcomes across domains to accelerate
• Partner with digital product leaders to capture, structure, and incorporate customer needs and
• Streamline stakeholder engagement and reduce repeated or competing requests by creating clearer
• Drive workforce planning and future-readiness initiatives by aligning organizational capacity and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading strategic initiatives within complex, technology-driven
• Demonstrated experience developing and operationalizing enterprise technology strategies and
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation environments such as financial services
• Strong understanding of technology and product operating models, with experience partnering across
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, build alignment

🎁 Benefits

• Annual compensation: $177,000–$243,750, based on experience and qualifications.
