🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leading strategic initiatives within technology-driven organizations.
• Experience in digital transformation in regulated industries (financial services, insurance
• Proven expertise in enterprise strategic planning and execution with measurable outcomes.
• Strong operating models knowledge across engineering, product, and business.
• Ability to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and coordinate distributed teams.
