Principal System Test Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Shape test strategy for system-level manufacturing test
• Define, deploy and maintain test platforms, fixtures and diagnostics
• Collaborate with hardware, software and manufacturing teams
• Own complex problems and mentor engineers across teams
• Influence test quality across boards, blades and rack-level systems

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of PCBA and system product validation, with 10+ years in manufacturing testing
• Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, PCBA/blade/rack-level processes and failure
• Proficient with Linux command-line environments and troubleshooting
• Experience in local and remote operation of test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, clock generators
• Proven problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
