🎯 Requirements

10+ years in Talent Management or related People discipline.
Strong program management and cross-functional leadership.
Data-informed decision making and ability to influence at multiple levels.
Experience building AI tools or workflows for talent problems is a plus.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
