📋 Description

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the exchange monitoring and alerting platform.
• Build observability features for Metrics, Logs, and Tracing, improving system visibility.
• Optimize alert noise, tracing, and anomaly analysis to boost stability and reliability.
• Drive system stability initiatives, SLA management, monitoring coverage, and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Java backend development experience.
• Proficient with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry.
• Familiar with MySQL, Redis, Kafka; microservice architecture; Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with stream/batch processing engines (Flink or Spark Streaming) is a plus.
• Strong system design and troubleshooting skills; ability to drive stability governance.
