📋 Description

• The Principal Technical Consultant designs and delivers platform solutions with a focus on
• Lead design workshops, define processes, and map gaps to platform capabilities.
• Advise on ServiceNow capabilities to improve existing processes.
• Manage customer requirements, documentation, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Provide training and oversight for customer system administrators.
• Lead delivery activities and assess partner resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
• 5+ years in US federal engagements, handling classified environments
• 8+ years in complex enterprise environments with integrations and data design
• Trusted technical advisor with architectural tradeoffs, stakeholder alignment
• Strong LDAP, SSO/SAML, VPN, SSL, network security knowledge
• Web tech: XML, HTML, JavaScript, APIs, web services
