📋 Description

• Technical expert on ServiceNow CRM and Industry Workflow products in customer engagements
• Lead hands-on development across ServiceNow technologies (Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML
• Guide customers through ServiceNow capabilities during engagements, including knowledge transfers
• Draft and review user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer
• Provide training and mentoring to ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem
• Collaborate with team members to ensure great customer experiences and lead continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies, including integrations
• Ability to influence and consult in a customer service environment with risk-aware options
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, LDAP, SSO)
• Understanding of AI models and Generative AI; experience with ServiceNow Predictive/Task
• Strong data compliance knowledge (PII/PHI) and experience creating multi-component solution
• Experience in Field Service including work order management, asset management, and integrations
