Principal Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product definition, roadmap, and metrics across the CTO’s agentic AI portfolio.
• Translate CTO strategy into crisp requirements, milestones, exit criteria, and KPIs.
• Drive adoption of internal platforms; reduce onboarding friction and track usage.
• Shape product direction for foundation-model autonomy architectures and tooling.
• Run continuous discovery with engineers, operators, and execs; turn findings into backlogs.
• Prioritize ruthlessly across initiatives with small teams and aggressive timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management for deeply technical products; engineering or CS background.
• Technical fluency: read code, APIs/CLIs, prototype with AI tools.
• Shipped developer tools or AI/ML products and drove adoption.
• Working fluency in LLM-based systems: agents, evaluation, context management, fine-tuning
• Metrics-driven: define KPIs, instrument products, report against objectives.
• Exceptional written communication; requirements and executive briefs.
