Principal Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-team programs across LSG and CDG.
• Serve as the primary technical program interface between R&D and engineering.
• Translate research and lab innovations into scalable platform roadmaps.
• Drive AI/ML initiatives, including computer vision, predictive diagnostics, and LLM-assisted documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and provide executive-level updates and recommendations.
• Present risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership and executives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years leading cross-functional technical programs with budgets > $5M.
• Experience with SDLC for enterprise apps (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft ecosystem) and platform modernization.
• Strong background in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Proficiency with SAFe, LeSS, Agile-at-Scale; PI planning; and Agile Release Train facilitation.
• Deep understanding of IVD lifecycle and regulatory frameworks (21 CFR Part 11, IEC 62304, ISO 13485).
• Cloud-native platforms (AWS and/or Azure), APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Experience delivering AI/ML programs, model governance, and enterprise AI initiatives.
