• Define and lead the UX engineering strategy across Reddit Ads.
• Build high-quality, functional prototypes and product experiences to explore ideas and inform

• Create reusable tools, systems, components, and workflows from design/research into production.
• Raise the bar for interaction quality, accessibility, performance, and craft across Ads.
• Explore AI opportunities to improve advertiser products and team workflows.

• Deep experience at the intersection of product design and engineering with sophisticated
• Hands-on expertise with frontend tech such as React and TypeScript.
