📋 Description

• SeniorWorkday Financials consultant for complex client needs
• Design and deliver Workday Financials solutions for mid-market/enterprise
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and opportunities
• Lead prototyping, testing, deployment, and optimization across projects
• Mentor peers, influence delivery strategy, and support sales opportunities
• Engage across discovery, design, configuration, and post-implementation support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, IT, or related field
• 5+ years Workday Financial Management implementation/functional exp
• Workday certifications or partner experience preferred
• 9+ years financial consulting, 5+ full-cycle Workday implementations
• Strong solutions architecture, data model design (FDM) and COA transformations
• Proficiency with Workday data conversion tools (EIBs, Studio, iLoad)
