Principle, Support Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own strategy and operational success of the support portfolio
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define portfolio direction and drive execution
• Define overall support portfolio strategy, pricing governance, and governance processes
• Develop pricing/packaging to improve understanding, sales, renewals, and value capture
• Create messaging, enablement materials, and customer communications
• Build dashboards and metrics to monitor adoption, revenue, and customer impact

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in product management, services portfolio management, pricing, or customer success
• Strong understanding of support business models, lifecycle management, renewals, and margin
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Pricing
• Ability to build business cases, roadmaps, pricing strategies, and executive-level recommendations
• Data-driven with metrics/financial analysis to support decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

🎁 Benefits
