Private Credit Operations Deal Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support private credit transactions from initial docs through closing
• Maintain and update deal trackers and timelines
• Prepare and distribute funds flow memoranda
• Coordinate KYC with Legal, external counsel, clients, and others
• Onboard new investment structures info for the entity onboarding team
• Work with Treasury to ensure timely fund delivery on close

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years in investment operations or middle office
• Prior private credit experience preferred
• Understanding of securitization and capital markets
• Familiarity with RMBS, CMBS, HG ABF, structured products
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks
