Private Duty Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)

📋 Description

• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls
• Provide basic personal care (hygiene, toileting, dressing)
• Monitor and assist with oxygen therapy as needed
• Prepare light snacks or drinks on request
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance throughout the shift
• Assist in positioning and turning to prevent discomfort

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience in home care preferred
• Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients strongly desired
• Comfort with personal care tasks
• Reliable, patient, and attentive to individual needs
• Comfortable working in a private home setting
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
