Proactive Moderation Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own moderation cases end to end from ticket creation to moderation and QA
• Apply labels to user-generated content with speed and accuracy
• Monitor evolving abuse trends and adjust priorities
• Work on proactive moderation workflows and processes
• On-call work at weekends on a rotation basis
• Exposure to graphic or objectionable content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
• 3+ years in content moderation, trust & safety, or similar
• Strong judgment, policy consistency, and time-pressure handling
• Experience improving operational processes
• Data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration
• Analytical, deep-dive investigation skills
