Process Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead post-LOI discovery with partner firms to understand operations, workflows, systems
• Document current-state processes, systems, workflows, and environments; translate into target-state
• Analyze gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities between operating models and processes.
• Build a repeatable framework and methodology for partner discovery, evaluation, and integration.
• Develop sequenced integration roadmaps with Legal, Finance, Operations, Technology, Leadership, and
• Organize post-close changes into coordinated releases for smoother transitions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP a plus.
• Experience in business process documentation, workflow design, systems evaluation, or related
• Experience in wealth management/financial services; Aspen familiarity is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or organizational transformation is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or CRM/deal-management platforms is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work across teams and travel

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $85,000–$95,000 USD; compensation varies by location, experience, and skills.
