Process Engineer

📋 Description

• Plans and conducts small- to medium-size projects within engineering specialty.
• Coordinates and monitors activities; reviews status and quality of implementation.
• Estimates resources (materials, budget, time, people) to accomplish tasks.
• Independently designs products/processes/equipment within discipline.
• Creates/modifies designs for intermediate problems; writes design specs.
• Improves methods and designs; pursues innovations and cost reductions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, science or related discipline; 2+ years engineering/operational
• Competent in discipline; working technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication; works with diverse teams and external collaborators.
• Interpersonal skills to negotiate and address customer needs.
• Technical background in health care, medical devices, pharmaceutical, biologics, or related
