Process Engineer, Lead/Staff

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end sample lifecycle from collection to analysis in Remedy Lab.
• Map steps, measure cycle time and throughput; identify bottlenecks.
• Define and prioritize automation to improve QA/QC, throughput, scalability.
• Lab automation: select and integrate equipment to reduce manual touchpoints.
• Software and data: specify requirements for tracking samples and QA data; partner with software.
• Scale and continuous improvement: build 24/7 operation foundation and QA/QC.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead/Staff-level experience in process or lab engineering.
• Hardware and firmware experience; able to build, integrate, troubleshoot systems.
• Experience mapping, measuring, and optimizing complex multi-step processes.
• Track record of moving manual processes toward automation.
• Comfort defining software and data requirements; partner with engineers.
• Strong QA/QC instincts; experience in regulated/high-rigor environments.
