📋 Description

• Lead process excellence for core change initiatives in Finance Transformation Office.
• Own continuous improvement strategy and incidents register across projects.
• Collaborate with business/tech leaders to embed Lean principles.
• Identify and eliminate waste, improve finance processes and performance.
• Coach leaders in Lean tools and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure benefits realization is measured and sustained after go-live.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement using Lean/Operational Excellence.
• Expertise in Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management, RCA.
• Experience managing improvement portfolios and multiple initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop metrics, dashboards, and governance for process improvements.
• Track record coaching leaders to build organizational Lean capability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
