Processing Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead daily post-harvest processing activities in the trim room at the Lincoln, IL facility.
• Supervise a team of processing agents; ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Support quality control, scheduling, training, and productivity tracking; report to site leadership.
• Enforce trim specifications, yield targets, and proper handling by product type/grade.
• Coach team members on procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work environments and ensure accurate records are kept.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of supervisory/managerial experience managing agents and operations.
• Production/food manufacturing background; cannabis experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to follow SOPs and maintain product quality.
• Effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with team, peers, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Must be able to sit/stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with hands.
