Procurement Contract Manager (Finance)

📋 Description

• Manage lifecycle of low-to-medium risk supplier contracts from drafting to termination.
• Standardize contract templates, fallback clauses, and playbooks.
• Guide stakeholders on commercial terms and procurement standards.
• Maintain contract records and track milestones in CLM/S2P systems.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve questions and monitor compliance.
• Work with Legal, Finance, Tax, Information Security, and Privacy to align with standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience negotiating low-to-medium risk supplier contracts across tech/software/pro services.
• Understanding of commercial contract terms and procurement fundamentals.
• Proven use of standard templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Direct experience with CLM platforms (e.g., Coupa, Leah, NetSuite).
• Experience improving templates, playbooks, or governance processes.
• Fluent English communication with internal and external stakeholders.
