📋 Description

• Own sourcing and procurement across Facility Management and Construction
• Drive supplier selection, negotiations, framework agreements
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and contractual compliance
• Act as FM Category Manager and drive category performance
• Secure FM service delivery across the retail portfolio in Sweden
• Support lifecycle CAPEX and OPEX planning and energy efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Facility Management, Procurement, Construction or Real Estate
• Strong sourcing, supplier management and contract management
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in Swedish and English
• Structured, proactive, data-driven and collaborative
• Sweden-based with ability to work in Stockholm
