Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise the procurement team to ensure quality, efficiency, and service standards in
• Implement centralized procurement policies, consolidate business requirements, and develop
• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, performance review, and commercial terms negotiation to build
• Drive local procurement digitalization initiatives, including process review, data integration
• Analyze procurement data and prepare regular reports on cost savings, procurement performance, and
• Support CAPEX purchasing, subsidiary projects, and other cross-functional procurement needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 6-8 years of procurement-related experience, with at least 3 years in people management.
• Solid knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, cost analysis, contract management
• Experience in procurement process improvement, digital tool adoption, or system implementation is
• Good English communication skills and ability to work with regional or global teams.
• Strong sense of responsibility, communication and coordination skills, leadership capability, and
