Develop and implement the global procurement strategy in line with company and departmental
Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, and sourcing processes across all PSD locations
Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and strategic supplier partnerships
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs
Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring inventory accuracy

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management
University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law
Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent advantageous
Experience with tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier management
ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or equivalent
Advanced Excel skills with reporting and analytics; strong English communication
