📋 Description

Own strategic sourcing for technical categories.
End-to-end contract lifecycle for IT hardware, software, and services.
Lead RFx events (RFI, RFP, RFQ) end-to-end and drive close.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and risk language with Legal.
Develop category strategies and sourcing plans ahead of demand.
Manage high-volume concurrent sourcing with disciplined prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of procurement manager experience with mid-to-large sourcing events.
Direct experience sourcing IT/Security/Product/Engineering spend including SaaS, cloud, APIs.
Strong commercial acumen: evaluate vendors, negotiate price, balance cost vs risk.
Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads with rigor or responsiveness.
You must reside in Costa Rica.
Confident communicator with engineers, product/security leaders, legal counsel, and executives.
