Develop and implement Middle East procurement strategy aligned with objectives.
Develop category sourcing strategies for indirect procurement, labs, fleet, and CAPEX.
Lead end-to-end sourcing: market analysis, RFQs, negotiations, contracts.
Deliver cost savings while maintaining quality and continuity.
Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with policies and governance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Admin, Engineering, or related.
Professional procurement qualification (CIPS, CPSM) preferred.
15+ years in procurement with at least 3 years in regional leadership.
Experience managing procurement across multiple Middle East countries.
Experience in TIC, Engineering, Industrial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, Oil & Gas, or
Strong procurement transformation, supplier optimization, and cost-saving track record.
