Procurement Manager (Negotiation & Contracting)

📋 Description

• Subject matter expert in supplier negotiation and contracting.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies using spend data and market intel.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, renewals, amendments.
• Partner with Legal to draft and negotiate master agreements.
• Identify optimization opportunities and drive initiatives to completion.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Operations, and suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in procurement, supply chain, business, or finance.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sourcing lifecycle and contracting.
• Experience leading supplier negotiations and drafting contract terms.
• Analytical mindset; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organization, PM, and stakeholder-management skills.
