Procurement Manager – Tech & IT

📋 Description

• Lead Helsing’s first technology procurement category across Software, SaaS, Cloud/Compute, IT
• Establish centralized spend visibility with vendors, terms, and renewal milestones.
• Drive negotiations for Enterprise SaaS renewals, hyperscaler commitments, and complex enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic procurement/sourcing with strong IT/Software/Cloud focus.
• Proven ability to independently close high-value negotiations (high six-figure+).
• Deep understanding of complex tech pricing models and ability to build TCO models.
• Excel modeling skills; able to create spend cubes from raw data.
• Strong contractual understanding; experience with MSAs/SOWs with IT/Legal collaboration.
• Experience in greenfield or fast-paced environments; able to establish procurement processes from
