Procurement Operations and Coupa Senior Specialist

📋 Description

• Optimize procurement technology and processes using Coupa across the organization.
• Maximize value of Coupa platform and improve Procure-to-Pay workflows, compliance, and user
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams to build a scalable
• Support automation, reporting, supplier processes, and governance through hands-on system expertise.
• Drive operational efficiency by analyzing workflows and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance on procurement processes and system usage.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Systems, or related
• 4+ years in procurement operations, procure-to-pay, purchasing systems support, or related
• Hands-on Coupa experience in business administration, operations, or system support.
• Strong knowledge of Coupa functionality: requisitions, POs, invoice routing, approvals, supplier
• Experience with end-to-end Procure-to-Pay, supplier management, and invoice workflows.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
