Procurement Planner

📋 Description

• Role based at Arlington, TX warehouse (on-site Monday-Friday)
• Support inventory optimization and procurement cost management
• Maintain target safety stock levels across Texas and New Jersey warehouses
• Create/process weekly purchase orders; track shipments and receipts
• Manage supplier performance, pricing, and quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supplies with business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and data analysis
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of multi-project prioritization
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and deadlines
