You will drive the Market procurement strategy to secure an efficient, compliant, and future-ready
Lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management
Ensure strong partnerships, compliance, and cost-efficient operations
Set and monitor procurement goals, KPIs, and supplier performance
Secure Construction & Facilities supplier base for expansion and cost efficiency
Onboard new suppliers per PQQ requirements and maintain a compliant network

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Construction, Law or equivalent
Procurement certifications are a plus
3+ years procurement experience in facility/construction management
Experience in international, matrix organizations
Strong procurement, negotiation, and supplier management skills
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency
