📋 Description

• Supervise procurement specialists and officers, ensuring efficient activities per procedures.
• Review and approve RFQs, RFPs, supplier quotations, evaluations, and docs.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms with suppliers for competitive outcomes.
• Ensure procurement complies with internal policies, approvals, and regulations.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop strategic relationships.
• Manage procurement budgets and identify cost reduction opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supervising/providing coordination to procurement professionals preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, proposals, pricing, terms.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and international trade regulations.
