📋 Description

• Coordinate BD opportunities from intake to proposal
• Manage proposal timelines and cross-functional work
• Develop decks, budgets, scopes, and client materials
• Primary coordinator for prospective client comms
• Track opportunities in Nutshell CRM and planning tools
• Forecast BD resources with department leads

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years as Producer/PM/Account Manager in a digital agency
• Experience coordinating proposals, pitches, or RFPs
• Strong PM, organizational, and multi-priority skills
• Clear written/verbal communication with teams and clients
• Detail-oriented with polished client-ready output
• Collaborative, proactive in fast-paced environments
