📋 Description

• Provide frontline assistance to producers for registration, compliance, and general support
• Handle inquiries via email, phone, and chat; escalate complex cases
• Guide producers through registration procedures and compliance resources
• Enter and maintain accurate producer data in CRM systems
• Track, categorize, and document inquiries for reporting and improvements
• Maintain case logs and identify gaps to improve self-service resources

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, help desk, or similar roles
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce; familiarity with compliance contexts
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
• Collaborative yet capable of working independently in a remote environment
