Product Analyst - Assistant Manager - Agent & Merchant

📋 Description

• Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feature adoption to identify optimization
• Define, track, and monitor product KPIs such as engagement, retention, conversion, and growth
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using spreadsheets, SQL, and BI tools
• Partner with Product Managers to support roadmap prioritization and feature impact analysis
• Conduct funnel, cohort, trend, and root-cause analysis
• Support product launches by defining success metrics and performing post-launch analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
• 3-5 years of Proven experience in a Product Analyst or product-focused analytics role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
• Strong experience with spreadsheet-based analysis and dashboarding (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Hands-on experience in using AI tools or Agentic AI for workflows, documentation, data analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
